CHAPEL BASEBALL CLUB INVITES LOCAL BUSINESSES & COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO BECOME PARTNERS IN OUR YOUTH BASEBALL NIGHT

Youth Night will bring together young baseball players, families, coaches, and high school student-athletes from across the Wesley Chapel area for an evening celebrating the game we all love.

Chapel Baseball Youth Night Event

  • Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Wesley Chapel High School
  • Wesley Chapel High School Varsity vs. Wiregrass Ranch High School Varsity
  • Youth Night activities begin at 5:00 p.m.
  • First pitch at 6:00 p.m.

Become a Partner in this Great Event!

For a contribution of $250, participating businesses and community organizations will receive:

  • A business or organization logo displayed on the Chapel Baseball Youth Night webpage
  • A direct link from the logo to the partner’s website or selected webpage
  • A personalized yard sign recognizing the business or organization as a Youth Night Community Partner

Community partnerships offer local organizations a visible way to support student-athletes while connecting with youth baseball families from
Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, San Antonio, and surrounding communities.

HOW COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT HELPS US:

Youth Night is both a fundraiser for the high school baseball program and an opportunity to strengthen connections throughout our local baseball community.

Community partnership contributions will help support the baseball program and offset costs associated with creating a fun and welcoming Youth Night experience for young players and their families.

Youth players will be invited to wear their team jerseys, participate in a spirit tunnel welcoming the varsity players onto the field, stand with the high school players for the national anthem, and run the bases after the game.

Partnership Information

To ensure that all recognition materials are ready for Youth Night, community partners should complete the partnership form and submit payment by October 1.

Partners will be asked to provide:

  • Business or organization name
  • Primary contact name
  • Email address and telephone number
  • Business website or preferred webpage link
  • A high-resolution logo
  • Any special instructions regarding the display of the business name

Preferred logo formats are high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG files.

In-Kind Community Support

We are looking for businesses or organizations interested in donating:

  • Food
  • Beverages
  • Supplies
  • Giveaways/Promotional Items
  • Services

Recognition for in-kind contributions will be determined based on the type and value of the donation and the needs of the event.

Important Information Regarding this Event

Community partnership recognition is associated specifically with the October 8, 2026, Youth Baseball Night event.

If weather or other circumstances require the game to be postponed, partnership recognition will transfer to the rescheduled Youth Night whenever possible. Additional details regarding postponement or cancellation will be communicated directly to participating partners.

Submission of a partnership form does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline partnerships that are inconsistent with the family-centered purpose of Youth Night or applicable school and district policies.
